Simple as that! The home is neat enough and certainly big enough. The tenants are great and the big block and location is excellent. There is a sort of carport out the back and you are only 10 minutes from Geraldton, so why so cheap? The house is okay, although it isn't a palace, so be prepared for some work. Can you find anything else this good for this price though?
